Refund and Returns Policy
Lil Rock Pets™ by Baldwin Studios
Overview
All sales are FINAL. All purchases are on an “As Is” basis. We reserve the right to offer further assistance with your Pet at our discretion.
This refund policy applies to those who have purchased directly from Baldwin Studios/Lil’ Rock Pets™, not third parties or other sources.
This policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase receipt. If 30 days have passed since your date of purchase, there are no repairs, replacements or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If it appears your item has been dropped or purposefully destroyed in some way, such as the dog chewed on it or something like that, there are no refunds. If you send us your item and this appears to be the situation, we may choose to re-glue or repair your item. We will then send it back to you without refunding.
Non-refundable or exchangeable damage is up to Baldwin Studios to decide. If we see the following or something similar there are no refunds or exchanges:
- Clearance items, As Is items, discounted items.
- Dropped items, or items falling apart due to cracks caused by neglect of some noticeable manner.
- Portions missing from the original version sold, or portions replaced in some way that alters it from the original.
- Other noticeable issues not listed but fall into the above categories
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only the original purchaser may return or refund. This is verified by either communication email and return address, or cash/check/card receipt with our name on it showing it was purchased from Baldwin Studios.
Please do not send your purchase back until you have spoken with Baldwin Studios about your issues via email, text or phone FIRST. Please confirm we received your communication before proceeding! Not doing so will cause Baldwin Studios confusion and could delay the entire issue, repairs, refunds at our discretion. All returns must have an acknowledgement of communication with the intentions of your needs of Pet repair, replacement or refund.
When we receive an item without communication first, we may request we be able to email you or communicate with you to find out what may be the issue. We may attempt to fix your issues as best we can. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our product and services!
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
- Pet with obvious signs of use or misuse (sunburned/faded, spill stains etc).
- Parts missing from the original version.
- Re-glued items done sloppily.
- Parts replaced with other parts not part of the original.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or Clearance items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for another similar item, send us an email using our Contact Form. After you hear back from us FIRST, please send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will only receive a gift credit for the value of your return, not cash. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate may be mailed to you in order to purchase another item from Baldwin Studios.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a full or partial refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please be patient.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
